Overview
Southern Thai cooking the way Samui used to cook it: since 2012 chef Santi Wongsawat has been bringing back the island's old recipes – gaeng som, kua kling, nam prik – with ingredients from the market and his own garden. Listed in the MICHELIN Guide, a few minutes south of Chaweng; do book, we are happy to arrange it.
