Overview
The Surin Islands are one of Thailand's finest snorkelling grounds — extensive, shallow coral reefs on the sheltered east coast that suit beginners and experienced snorkellers alike. The day combines three reef stops with a visit to the village of the Moken, the 'sea nomads' whose culture is as remarkable as the marine park around them.
Good to know
The Surin national park is open from 15 October to 15 May; daily departures in season, max 32 guests, guides speak German, French and English. Minimum age 4. Pregnant women cannot join speedboat tours.

Booking deadline
Bookings for all excursions close at 5 pm the evening before, except for tours with an afternoon programme.

Payment
Excursions are paid in cash, by credit card or via a payment link (+3.5%) directly to the guide or the operator. The exact terms are given when you book.
Transfers for excursions
Transfers from and to your hotel are included unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation & no-show
If you cancel late, cancel altogether or do not show up, we reserve the right to pass on the costs and expenses incurred. As a rule: a 50% cancellation fee up to 24 hours before the tour starts, 100% on the day of the tour.
