Overview
Samui Elephant Home was founded to take in, care for and return elephants to a natural habitat — Koh Samui has no elephant clinic. You see their day up close: prepare and give the supplement food, watch the mud spa, walk a stretch of their habitat with them, watch them shower. No riding.
Good to know
Two rounds daily, about 3 hours. Wear clothes that can get wet and dirty, and bring a change. No riding, no chains.

Booking deadline
Bookings for all excursions close at 5 pm the evening before, except for tours with an afternoon programme.

Siam Travel confirms the exact pick-up time from your hotel when you book.
Payment
Excursions are paid in cash, by credit card or via a payment link (+3.5%) directly to the guide or the operator. The exact terms are given when you book.
Transfers for excursions
Transfers from and to your hotel are included unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation & no-show
If you cancel late, cancel altogether or do not show up, we reserve the right to pass on the costs and expenses incurred. As a rule: a 50% cancellation fee up to 24 hours before the tour starts, 100% on the day of the tour.

We recommend light, comfortable cotton clothing on excursions. To be safe, take a towel, water shoes and a second T-shirt on every trip — and do not forget the sunscreen.
