Discover the fascinating island world of Phang Nga Bay, world-famous for its spectacular limestone formations, hidden caves and mysterious lagoons. A special natural wonder are the so-called “Hongs” – hidden lagoons inside the rock islands, which are only accessible at certain times of day depending on the tides. From your hotel in Khao Lak, you first head to the pier in Phuket. You then take a boat through the impressive islands, passing the famous James Bond Rock and majestic limestone cliffs rising steeply out of the emerald-green water. A highlight is the canoe trip through the hidden caves and lagoons of Phang Nga Bay. Sit back and relax as your experienced boatman paddles you through narrow rock passages and into the fascinating Hongs. Surrounded by towering rock walls and lush tropical vegetation, you can experience this unique natural landscape up close. A delicious Thai lunch will be served directly on board – in the middle of the sea, surrounded by spectacular island scenery. Afterwards, there is time to relax and swim on a tropical beach before the boat journey back to Phuket.
