Excursions are paid in advance once we have confirmed them — by payment link (+3.5%), credit card or cash. The exact terms are given when you book.
Transfers for excursions
Transfers from and to your hotel are included unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation & no-show
If you cancel late, cancel altogether or do not show up, we reserve the right to pass on the costs and expenses incurred. As a rule: a 50% cancellation fee up to 24 hours before the tour starts, 100% on the day of the tour.
