One of the best-known beach spots in Khao Lak, on what may be one of the loveliest stretches of beach in the region. Barefoot in the sand, good food, cool drinks and a real reggae and surf feeling make Memories Beach a perfect place to spend the afternoon and evening by the sea.

Our tip
Best to come in the late afternoon, enjoy the beautiful beach and order a cocktail at sunset. In the high season there is a fire show on the beach every day at around 7 pm – the perfect end to a relaxed beach day.
What we order
This is less about fine dining than about uncomplicated food right on the beach. The fresh coconuts are especially refreshing, and there is a lovely choice of great cocktails.
